1. Acceptance
By placing an order with Livanta Agro Feed Industries Limited or using livantaagro.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Products and pricing
- All prices shown on the site are indicative retail prices (MRP) in Bangladeshi Taka and may change without prior notice.
- Each product variant has a minimum order quantity in bags. Orders below the minimum cannot be placed.
- Product specifications, protein percentage and pellet sizes are typical values and may vary slightly between batches.
3. Ordering and payment
- You can place orders through the website or by phone.
- Cash on Delivery is the current default. Mobile-money and bank-transfer options may be added in future; transaction IDs entered at checkout are recorded against your order.
- An order is confirmed only after our sales team contacts you. We reserve the right to cancel an order before delivery if details cannot be verified.
4. Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and stock availability and are communicated when our team confirms the order.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate address and a contactable phone number.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect bags at the time of receipt.
5. Returns
Because feed is a perishable product, returns are accepted only when a bag is delivered damaged or visibly defective. Report the issue to our sales team within 48 hours of delivery and keep the bag intact for inspection.
6. Use of the website
You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at unreasonable rates, or use it to transmit unlawful content. We may rate-limit, block or terminate access in case of abuse.
7. Intellectual property
The Livanta name, logo, product photography and site content are owned by Livanta Agro Feed Industries Limited. You may not reproduce or republish them without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livanta’s liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected goods.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of the page reflects the current version.
